Courtesy of Scion, the car company, Motorstorm RC will be available for free on the Playstation Vita for US accounts.  However, the promotion is only going to last for a “limited time”.  I’d say that you’re safe with downloading it tomorrow for free, but Sony did not specify on exactly how long the promotion would be valid.
